- September 11: Opening speech and official start of the festival.
- September 19: Day of America in Asturias - Great parade through the center of Oviedo.
- September 20: Night of Fireworks - Fireworks show at Montecerrao.
- September 21: Day of the Bollo - Picnic in city parks.
The complete program runs from September 11 to 22, with a local holiday on Monday 22 as San Mateo falls on a Sunday.
